Shipping
We ship worldwide.
All orders are processed within two working days.
All orders are shipped from Reykjavík, Iceland. For deliveries within Iceland please allow 1-5 business days. For international deliveries please allow 5-20 business days. 
All packages are shipped with tracking. During shipment the package is not insured by us. 
Helicopter slf is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during transportation.  

Pricing Policy
Prices are shown in Euros. 
Delivery costs are added at checkout. 
The prices on the product page and checkout include VAT.
You will be charged at checkout for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty and tax cost will be invoiced to you directly by customs in your destination country. 

Return policy
We accept returns of purchased item(s) only within 14 days. But no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. 
Returns shall be unused and with all Helicopter tags. Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted, and may be sent back to you at your expense. 
When returning, please include the invoice in your return package, as soon as we have received the return package, the item(s) will go through a quality control check.
Please email us at info@hcptr.com prior to delivery to confirm your return.
We do not take any responsibility for items lost during the shipment back to us. Therefore we recommend you to keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
